Enjoy this reminiscence system that has been developed for people with dementia, based on photographs, photo books, boxes of objects and materials and interactive computer applications. To begin, simply select a Theme (such as Sport, Events etc.) or a Decade (1930s, 1940s etc.) and choose whether you wish to have Image, Audio or Video content. The results are randomized each visit, however items can be ‘favourited’ to return to later.

The Joy4All project offers a free telephone line and a friendly voice on the other end. • Community Scrapbook Quilt - Called our “we are in this together quilt”. Cut or tear pieces of paper to create your own quilting square. Create your own layout or use this pattern: Click Here. Drop off or mail your quilting square to the Grey Bruce Alzheimer Society office, and when restrictions are lifted, we can attach them to make a larger quilt for everyone to enjoy.

Each quilting square will be different and beautiful on its own while also contributing to the beauty of the quilt as a whole.
